President of the Board Directors of Omran Center for Strategic Studies, and CEO of the Syrian Forum. He served as the first Prime Minister of the Syrian Interim Government. Until 2011, he served as Executive Vice President of Inovar Technologies, a former member of the Syrian American Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Indiana Purdue University in Indianapolis,USA.
