About the Center

An independent research institution playing a leading role in the scientific and knowledge-building of Syria and the region — state, society, and people — aspiring to be a reference for policy guidance and strategy formulation.

An independent non-profit institution legally registered in Turkey, seeking to be a fundamental reference and resource for decision-makers in Syria and the region in political, economic, and social fields.

The Center produces systematic methodological studies that support the practical journey of state and society institutions, strengthen decision-making mechanisms, achieve information integration, and map out priorities.

We do not engage in lobbying or political pressure practices, we distance ourselves from ideological polarization, and we do not adopt partisan positions.
